Romans 11:36 describes the ultimate purpose of existence: the glory of God. The ultimate purpose of everything that ever was, is, or is to come — is God's glory.
Some have defined worship as the consideration of the worth–ship of the one being worshipped. In other words, it's doing something, anything which gives consideration to God of His ultimate worth.
